Clientwork - Student Loans: By The Numbers

So I thought I would post about some of the client work I have been doing recently. I can’t post the actual stuff in full, but you can just go to original post to see it all.
It’s about student loans and the expense of college. After going through all that research I am sure glad all the stuff is behind me and I was able to graduate debt free. Thanks Mom!
I do not envy college freshman in this day. It seems the cost of college is outstripping the value of the jobs out there. When my 2 year old gets to be 18, I just might push him in the direction of a trade school, and tell him to come up with his million dollar idea on the weekends.
Anyways, here yee are.
This stuff gets labeled as an ‘infographic’ because that is a buzz word these days, and many data purist will gripe about it ‘just being a bunch of numbers’. Well no shit. The point of it all is communication. I could throw my research up in a text document, a power point slide, or a spreadsheet, but will that resonate will people?
I really have no problem taking numbers, and making them pretty so folks can digest it all.
It’s like potatoes, they may have the most nutritional value straight out of the ground, but it taste like dirt. Cut them up, fry em, throw some chili and cheese on them, and you have yourself an audience.

Once again, nice design. The chart makes me think of how much I paid for school (a lot) and how little I use my degree in the real world (3% maybe). Great talent can’t wait to see the next one. nk
So I added a comment over on the linked site but it was never approved. I don’t know why.
Anyway, I like this a lot. However I believe the URL is not spelled correctly at the bottom of the image.
